The Senior Life Committee plans social activities throughout the year for Central’s seniors: travelogues, luncheons, and the annual summer picnic. Our seniors always enjoy the intergenerational card, cookie, and poinsettia gift giving on one December Sunday. On that Sunday, our youth, along with parents and other adults, deliver these gifts to our homebound members throughout the city. Young, middle age and senior Central members experience firsthand the Body of Christ and share his love with each other!
Living Interesting, Faith-filled, Experienced Lives really does describe our seniors well! Whether they are hospitalized, homebound, experiencing a crisis, or traveling the USA and world, they are truly an amazing part of Central Reformed Church! And, they are remembered.
If you are a visitor to Central or a new member, please join us for fellowship and spiritual encouragement! For more information, contact our Minister to Seniors, Rev. Roze Meyer Bruins at firstname.lastname@example.org
